The challenge was to create an app with great functionality and ease of use, while guaranteeing pixel-perfect design that keeps the user engaged. Furthermore, the design had to follow strict brand guidelines and adapt the design to fit the user's needs.

The first focus was on captivating the users. We wanted to make sure they stay on the app and keep coming back for more.  Through UX design we supplied them with easy navigation, fast loading speed, and more interactivity to keep them engaged.

The second focus of the Fram crew was to maintain uniformity and further increase engagement and retention. We implemented some conventional elements in combination with catchy content that led to a consistent and immersive digital journey in the app.

Through investigation of the little details in the user journey we managed to create a seamless experience that allows the users to easily navigate and understand the product, while keeping them engaged and attracted to the content. We are glad that with those UX and UI solutions we managed to increase customer complacency & improved the ROI. Furthermore, we are more than proud that our branding suggestions were implemented in the worldwide guidelines of Duracell and you can still find them within their brand.
